Defective Products
Upon receiving your package, please check the product first.

If there is a defective product or incorrect delivery, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by replying to the [Product Shipment Notification Email] sent at the time of product shipment, or by email via the [* Inquiry] form, within 7 days of product arrival. We will exchange it for the correct product at our shipping expense.

For color and size exchanges, if an exchange product is available, we will handle it in the same manner, with the customer bearing the shipping cost.
However, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
◆ Products with missing tags or other accessories
◆ Products that have been used (including cleaning, etc.) even once
◆ Products that have been modified
◆ Products that have been scratched or stained by the customer
◆ Products purchased outside of this site (including physical store products)
◆ Customer convenience (e.g., "doesn't match my image")
◆ Products that have passed 8 days or more since arrival
