Can I get my product repaired?
We only accept clearly repair-related requests. We do not accept customization requests after purchase
(such as adding gemstones or parts to an original item).
If a purchased item or any part of it is damaged, or if a component comes off, we will respond as quickly as
possible. The exact cost will be determined after the TaroWashimi Japan Atelier inspects the item in person.
Please be sure to contact us by email in advance before sending anything to the TaroWashimi Japan office.

For products purchased from retailers other than the official TaroWashimi online store, please submit
repair requests to the store where the item was purchased.
Can I order a product with Arabesque engraving?
We are very sorry but we are not currently accepting any arabesque engraving orders.
Can I get my gemstone repaired?
Our jewelry features natural stones with delicate
characteristics. Daily wear, aging, or impact may cause stones to loosen, come off, or chip.
Only issues reported within 7 days of purchase
are treated as initial defects. After this period, stone re‑setting and repairs are available for a fee.
Replacement stones may differ in color or quality due to natural variations.
Depending on the stone condition and design, some repairs may not be possible or may carry a risk of further damage.
Can I get customizations made after purchase?
We do not accept customization requests after
purchase (such as adding gemstones or parts to an original item).
